Everything about Northbridge is amazing! My father is a long-term patient there and has made so much progress just from being around friendly staff daily and having PT! He was in a different facility before Northbridge and it was the most horrible experience. It’s because of the staff at Northbridge that my father is eating on his own, getting himself out of bed on his own, and finally able to just be. The therapy at Northbridge is great. When I first arrived, I could not walk, and slowly but surely I was nursed back to health, and now I am able to walk. The nurses and C.N.A.s also do a good job. I recommend Northbridge to anybody who needs rehabilitation because they will work with you until you reach your goals.
I could go on and on about the great team of professionals in your rehabilitation department, but I'm going to use one word to describe them - AWESOME! They are encouraging, compassionate, and have great energy and humor. They have such determination in getting their patients to succeed. I am so grateful for the care they gave to me. They should all be recognized for what they do.
I love the services that Northbridge offers throughout the facility. I like the activities that the facility offers to the residents. The staff is always kind when helping my dad with bathing and helping my father with his meals. I also like the fact that, if anything was to happen with my father, the nurse will call and update me. I would like to also recognize the nursing staff at Northbridge for their job well done. I have nothing but positive things to say about Northbridge.
